Economic Development Research by the Center for Urban Policy and the Environment Featured in IBJ

The Center's most recent economic development publication focuses on a human capital cluster approach to Richard Florida's creative class notion, and provides an overview of how it might be used to develop focused and targeted investments in cultural and recreational amenities and other strategies to attract and retain college graduates and other human capital.
