The Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) has contracted with the Center for Urban Policy and the Environment (CUPE) and The Polis Center to conduct a program assessment of the Great Indy Neighborhoods Initiative (GINI). The Polis Center will be providing the quantitative analysis and CUPE will work in cooperation with both the national and local LISC staff to collect relevant data and to develop a Local Analysis Plan. Additionally, CUPE will work with researchers in five other cities to determine similarities and differences in approaches and the impacts of transitional approaches to community development. Upon completion of the local plan, CUPE will provide a Lessons Learned Report as well as an Annual Field Report to show the GINI impact.
