CUPE Estimates Economic Impact of Marian University's College of Osteopathic Medicine

Marian University partnered with the Center for Urban Policy and the Environment to determine the economic impact of the new College of Osteopathic Medicine.  The economic benefits were determined at three levels of geography: local (Marion County), regional (the metro area1), and statewide (Indiana) and include the one-time investments made by Marian and its partner hospital(s) required to develop the physical and personnel infrastructure necessary to support school operations, as well as the annual benefits attributable to school operations, and student and visitor spending.
