As Indianapolis tries to attract more high-earning residents, the toughest sell will be its aging suburbs.  “That’s a tough nut to crack,” said John Marron, an analyst at the Indiana University Public Policy Institute. “To me, it’s easier to sell the authentic urban experience.”
