Indiana Advisory Commission on Intergovernmental Relations releases annual survey

May 14, 2004

Indiana officeholders say that the most important issues for action in Indiana are the economy, unemployment, healthcare costs, drug abuse, and roads, according to a survey conducted by the Indiana Advisory Commission on Intergovernmental Relations.

The IACIR, which is staffed by staff and faculty members from the IUPUI Center for Urban Policy and the Environment, surveys officeholders annually about issues and “hot topics” facing local governments.
