Institute Cultural Trail study cited in Indy Star

An Institute report on the economic impact of the Indianapolis Cultural Trail was recently cited in an Indy Star story on a $10 million apartment project in Fountain Square, right beside the Cultural Trail at 640 Virginia Avenue.

According to the report, property assessments within one block of the eight-mile Trail have increased 148 percent since 2008, an increase of $1 billion in assessed property value.
