Institute to collaborate with Education Workforce Innovation Network

February 01, 2016

The IU Public Policy Institute is collaborating with the Education Workforce Innovation Network (EWIN) on a new statewide initiative that will support EWIN's mission to provide educational opportunities for Indiana's workforce needs. Senior Policy Analyst Sue Burow will work directly with EWIN to research promising global, national and statewide practices involving pathway systems and the benchmarks that demonstrate positive impact. The work will also guide the EWIN in selection, implementation and evaluation of education-workforce systems.

The Lilly Endowment recently gave the Center for Excellence in Leadership, which serves as an umbrella for EWIN and is based at the University of Indianapolis, a $925,000 grant to help fund the initiative.
