In 2003-2004, the Center identified the key issues and problems pertaining to suburban mobility in the nine-county area of Central Indiana (from I-465 outward), and determined how those issues could best be addressed from a planning and policy perspective. This project was funded by Cambridge Systematics, a Massachusetts corporation.
