IUPUI Experts: Medical Error Reporting System Could Help Save Lives in Indiana

The Center released a report this month that describes how a medical error reporting system can be designed to enhance patient safety in Indiana. A well-designed system could help avoid tragedies from medical errors.
Medical errors are estimated to be the 8th leading cause of death in the United States.
