Biography

Rebecca is an experienced senior policy analyst at PPI who specializes in program evaluation and data-driven decision making using mixed methods research and applications of these to nonprofit and public settings. Her work spans many different policy issues including affordable housing, homelessness, community and economic development, public health, education, criminal justice, and collaborative governance. Prior to joining PPI, Rebecca worked in direct nonprofit service, research and innovation in the public sector, and applied research at Indiana University. Additionally, she taught undergraduate and graduate classes at the O’Neill School and the IU Fairbanks School of Public Health.

Rebecca is currently a Ph.D. student at the IU Lilly Family School of Philanthropy with an interest in the use of evaluation results by nonprofits, which she works closely with PPI partners to ensure.
