Rachell Peña joined PPI’s Center for Research on Inclusion and Social Policy in October 2023 as a program analyst with a focus on program evaluation. Rachell holds a bachelor's degree in law and public policy from IU Bloomington's O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs. Her research interests revolve around partnering with communities to address historical and enduring systemic inequities through community-engaged research.
