CCJR Receives Executive Director's Award for Traffic Safety Research

SPEA’s Center for Criminal Justice Research recently received the Indiana Criminal Justice Institute (ICJI) Executive Director's Award in recognition of their research in the area of traffic safety. The award was presented by Neil Moore, Executive Director of ICJI, at the 2008 Operation Pull Over Banquet held in Indianapolis last month and hosted by the Governor's Council on Impaired and Dangerous Driving and ICJI. CCJR was recognized for its support and effort in the mission of the Traffic Safety Division of the ICJI to reduce death and injury on Indiana roadways.

CCJR is beginning its third year partnering with ICJI to support analysis of data regarding motor vehicle accidents in the state of Indiana.
