In anticipation of future planning, the Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership (INHP) contracted with PPI for a public benefit and economic impact analysis. INHP wants to quantify its social and economic impact and establish a baseline estimate of the value of public benefit attributable to its investments and activities over its 25-year history.

The public benefit analysis includes the development of metrics to establish a baseline estimate of the value of public benefit attributable to INHP activities, as well as metrics that will be tracked into the future. The economic impact analysis uses input-output modeling to capture direct, indirect, and induced (spin-off) economic activity.
