Homelessness in Indianapolis in 2020

Researchers from PPI help conduct the annual homeless survey in Indianapolis.  

For more than a decade, the IU Public Policy Institute (PPI) and the Coalition for Homelessness Intervention and Prevention (CHIP) have collaborated with local organizations to conduct Marion County’s annual Point-in-Time (PIT) Count. The 2020 PIT Count took place on January 22, 2020. This report
highlights key findings and takeaways from the PIT Count in order to inform policymaking and service provision.
